Life can be unpleasant and unforgiving without some sense of self-worth. Participants will learn tactics that can significantly transform how they feel about themselves and respond to situations to acquire the things they want in this one-day workshop.

Participants define self-esteem and self-confidence in this session and explain the fundamental differences between the two ideas. What are some of the factors that influence our sense of self-worth?

Improving Self-Esteem

Participants will learn how to start strengthening their self-esteem by eliminating negative thoughts and letting go of perfectionism.

Building Self-Esteem

In this session, participants will discover how thinking about others can help us feel better about ourselves.


Acting assertively can boosts self-esteem. In this session, participants will discover how to be bold, the characteristics of four different ways people deal with problems, and assertiveness tactics.

Gaining Confidence

Participants will learn strategies to boost their self-esteem.

The Power of Thought

Participants will learn how thoughts can affect an individual's self through personal activities and case analysis.

Dealing with Setbacks

Participants will examine how to deal with setbacks without damaging their self-esteem in this workshop.

Define Your Dreams And Objectives

At the end of this workshop, participants go over how to define dreams and objectives, including how to use SMART goals, and then participants will learn how to construct a plan of action to begin on the road to confidence right away.
