If we consider the challenges faced in the conversations we must have and approach these conversations with a plan, we will discover that more conflicts will be resolved.  Gaining a new skill set on resolving conflicts will help us have meaningful and critical conversations.

This workshop will provide participants with the techniques to become successful conflict resolvers that bring a win-win result. Through a profound evaluation of attitudes, techniques, and strategies for working constructively with all types of people, each participant will grow in their productivity and professionalism.
