Continuous Improvement with Lean

Companies around the world, in every field, will prosper from the Lean principles of quality improvement. They will follow the values and increase their bottom line by eliminating unnecessary time and money, whether they implement a very formal method or adhere to anything less organized.

 

This workshop is for participants who have previously had Lean Process Improvement training, which involves putting continuous improvement concepts into practice in their workplace. It's the perfect next step in learning and developing a philosophy of continuous improvement in the workplace.

This workshop is offered to groups of 5 or more.

Workshop Outline

Defining Continuous Improvement

Participants will discover what continuous improvement is all about at the start of the workshop. They'll even go over the pre-assignment with participants.

Stage 1: Identify Potential Improvements

Identify is the first step of the continuous improvement cycle.

Stage 2: Develop an Improvement Strategy

The next stage of the continuous improvement cycle is planning.  Participants can also think about how they can make their workplace better.

Stage 3: Implement the changes

In this stage of the continuous improvement cycle, participants will learn more about execution.  

Stage Four – Evaluate the Effects

In this stage of the continuous improvement, cycle participants will learn more about reviewing the impact, and as well as steps to improve sustainability will also be addressed.
